PESSI Conveyance Charges
Description
Transportation allowance paid when a secured worker is referred to a hospital for further treatment. PESSI covers ambulance fare at PKR 50 per km and ordinary conveyance charges at PKR 5 per km, ensuring workers can access higher-level medical care without bearing the travel cost.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
Must be a secured worker registered under PESSI; must hold a valid referral from a PESSI dispensary, injury treatment centre, or medical officer for treatment at a designated hospital

R-5 Social Security Card; CNIC; Referral Slip/Medical Officer Prescription; Transport Receipt/Proof of Travel (where applicable)
