WWF Housing Colonies
Description
Affordable rental housing in labour colonies for eligible industrial workers registered with WWF. Housing estates are established under Section 6(a) of the Workers Welfare Fund Ordinance 1971, providing secure residential facilities for workers and their families across Pakistan.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
Industrial Units: Registered with Directorate of Labour/ESSI/EOBI; contributing to WWF; located at the station where housing scheme is constructed; employing at least 10 workers . Workers: Permanent worker with minimum 5 years regular service; married person; employed in an establishment with at least 10 workers; not owning any house/flat at the station; not previously allotted any WWF-funded house; must not own property worth more than Rs. 500,000 (for widow applicants)

Copy of CNIC; Passport size photographs; EOBI/Social Security Card; Employer Certificate verifying continuous service; Family Registration Certificate (FRC) from NADRA; Character Certificate; Affidavit confirming no other housing allotment; Affidavit confirming property ownership below Rs. 500,000; Death Certificate (for widow applicants)
