PESSI Workplace Injury Benefit
Description
Provides full 100% daily wage compensation to secured workers during period of temporary incapacity caused by an employment injury or occupational disease, payable for up to 180 days in a calendar year.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
Formally registered secured worker who suffers a physical injury or occupational illness arising out of and in the course of employment, certified by a PESSI Medical Officer.
📋 Documents Required
Form B-1 (Accident Report from Employer), Medical Incapacity Certificate from PESSI Hospital, CNIC copy, PESSI Smart Card.
