SWBM Assistive Devices
Description
Provision of wheelchairs and 16 types of assistive devices to persons with disabilities across Punjab. Devices include manual and electric wheelchairs, tricycles, hearing aids, prosthetic limbs, walkers, and other mobility aids. Applications are submitted online through the ADWC mobile app or portal, with devices delivered to beneficiaries.

Certified person with disability from Social Welfare Punjab; valid Disability Assessment Certificate; resident of Punjab; CNIC or B-Form (for minors) required
