Provides a monthly financial pension to secured workers who suffer a permanent partial disability resulting in 21% to 66% loss of earning capacity (calculated based on wages and degree of disablement), along with lifetime medical care for the worker.

Registered secured worker assessed by a PESSI Medical Board with a permanent partial disablement degree between 21% and 66% caused by an employment injury or occupational disease.
