Description
Free medical care provided to survivors of a secured worker for a period of one year, in cases where death occurred due to natural causes other than an employment accident. This transitional coverage ensures dependents continue to access essential healthcare during the adjustment period.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
Deceased must be a secured worker registered under PESSI; death must be due to natural causes (not employment injury); claimant must be a dependent/survivor as defined under PESSI regulations; medical care available for one year from date of death

CNIC of claimant; CNIC/Death Certificate of deceased worker; R-5 Social Security Card of deceased; Proof of relationship/dependency (Nikah Nama, B-Form); Medical documents as required
