Description

Monthly pension for private-sector workers who have completed at least 15 years of insurable employment under EOBI. Payable from age 60 (men) or 55 (women). Minimum monthly pension is PKR 11,500 as of January 2025.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Registered worker with EOBI; age 60+ (men) or 55+ (women); minimum 15 years of contribution record; employer must be covered under EOBI Act 1976 (industrial/commercial establishments with 5+ employees)

📋 Documents Required

CNIC; EOBI Registration Card/Pension Book; Service Certificate from employer; Last 12 months contribution schedule; Last 12 months salary certificate; Retirement proof/affidavit; Photographs; Pension Claim Form
