Description

Quarterly financial stipend of PKR 10,500 provided to certified persons with disabilities who are permanently unable to work. The Himmat Card is issued as an ATM card through the Bank of Punjab, enabling beneficiaries to withdraw funds directly with biometric verification. The program also includes free travel on Orange Line Metro and Metro Bus services.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Must be a certified person with disability from Social Welfare Punjab (valid Disability Certificate); must be assessed as “NOT FIT TO WORK” by an authorised medical board; must not be employed in any government or private office; must not be receiving financial aid from BISP, Zakat, Bait-ul-Maal, or PSPA; PMT score issued by BISP must not exceed 45; basic data must be updated in DPMIS (CNIC, address, mobile number, education, etc.)

📋 Documents Required

Special CNIC with disability logo (or B-Form for minors); Official Disability Certificate from Social Welfare Dept. medical board; Proof of residence in Punjab (utility bill/domicile); Active mobile number registered in applicant’s own CNIC; Recent passport-size photographs
