Description

Interest-free loan (Qarz-e-Hasna) of up to PKR 1,000,000 for skilled youth in Punjab who have confirmed overseas job offers but lack funds for pre-departure expenses. Covers visa processing, medical tests, air tickets, protectorate fees, skill verification, and licensed Overseas Employment Promoter (OEP) charges. Loan is repayable in easy monthly installments with zero interest.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Permanent resident of Punjab; age 18+ years; valid CNIC registered in own name (including registered mobile number); confirmed job offer letter from international employer; offered salary must be below SAR 5,000 per month (or equivalent); open to both male and female candidates; guarantor required (under 60 years, annual income at least equal to applicant&amp;#039;s annual salary)

Job offer letter (with job title, salary, contract period, employer details); CNIC (front &amp;amp; back); full passport copy; medical certificate; police character certificate; skill/trade certificate (if applicable); educational certificates; passport-size photographs; guarantor&amp;#039;s CNIC and income proof
