HRMA Minority Card
Description
Quarterly financial assistance of PKR 10,500 provided to underprivileged non-Muslim families across Punjab. The card is issued to the head of household and enables eligible families to receive direct cash support through the Bank of Punjab.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
Permanent resident of Punjab; belongs to a recognized minority community (Christian, Hindu, Sikh, etc.); valid CNIC; registered mobile number in own name; PMT score must be 45 or less; must NOT be receiving financial aid from BISP or PSPA; application must be made in the name of the head of household
📋 Documents Required
Valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card); Registered mobile number (must be on applicant's CNIC); PMT score proof from BISP/NSER center; Proof of residence in Punjab
